row_to_semantic_mapping(row: Mapping[str, str | list[str]], converter: Converter, *, propagatable: dict[str, str | list[str]] | None = None) → SemanticMapping

Get a semantic mapping from a row.

Parameters:

• row – The row from a SSSOM TSV file

• converter – A converter for parsing CURIEs

• propagatable – Extra data coming from SSSOM TSV frontmatter to get propagated into each record

Returns:

A semantic mapping
